**Long Story Short:** I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would highly recommend finding a different shop! - They took my vehicle for a test drive before getting the necessary paperwork in order, which made me late for work. - I received a quote for $5,000 to get my vehicle to pass inspection and $500 resolved the issue. - I was blatantly misled about the condition of my vehicle's tires and the manufacturer's recommendations. Long story long: I scheduled my annual inspection for my 2023 vehicle and selected a loaner vehicle during the online appointment. When I showed up, I was greeted with displeasure and was told that there was no loaner available and that they would not touch my car until they had the insurance and registration. After she checked my appointment and confirmed that I had in fact booked a loaner, she begrudgingly provided the keys. During this time (prior to them receiving my insurance and registration) the technician took my car on a test drive and I had to wait for him to return before I could leave. Which made me late for work I got a call that there was "excessive play" in the rear passenger wheel and would need a steering knuckle and potential

Great service. I brought in my 2010 Subaru Outback for inspection, oil change and to check & replace cabin filter (if needed) Very friendly and courteous staff. This is my second time doing business with Kings but my first inspection. I was very satisfied with their service last year when my car had a leak from a heavy rain and then it was found that I had a radiator issue. A lot of maintenance service was done on my car that needed to be done and was kept updated the whole time. I appreciate how King’s is in communication with the customer and they send an email updating the customer on the status of your car’s “Health Check” as well as the services that are being performed, what has been completed and what needs immediate attention & future attention. An honest business, they told me I did not need an oil change at this time, but did they inspected and replaced my windshield wipers. Sharon was my service advisor and she was extremely courteous. They also offer pick up & delivery service or a loaner car. An all around professional business!

I can’t say enough good things about Kings Auto Repair. I had been dealing with AC issues for about two months and was getting frustrated trying to find answers. After hearing that Kings was trustworthy and had great communication, I decided to give them a try. From my first phone call, Aiden provided more information than any other repair shop I had spoken with (before they had even looked at my car). I was able to schedule an appointment just two days later. I expected the repair process to take several days, but Kings quickly inspected my vehicle, sent me a detailed report to review, and followed up with a phone call shortly after. Aiden thoroughly explained the repairs, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for. My car was fixed the same day, and I was shocked by the difference. I honestly can't remember the last time my AC worked this well. I highly recommend Kings to anyone looking for reliable service, clear communication, and work done efficiently. Thank you to Aiden and the entire Kings team for making what could have been a stressful situation completely painless. You've earned a lifelong customer.

Brought my 2013 Dodge Dart in for a vibration at highway speeds after recently having new tires and rims installed elsewhere. They inspected it and found the wheels had never been balanced. They took good care of my car, explained everything clearly, and corrected it with a full four-wheel balance. Honest work and great service. Highly recommend King’s Auto Repair.

I had my air conditioner compressor replaced. I loved the loaner car availability and appreciated the complete evaluation of the car, being kept up to dare on the progress of the repair and the general kindness and polite communication of Aden with no pressure to repair all identified issues.
